In accordance with Article 10, Paragraph 2 of the Consumer Protection Act (NN 41/14, 110/15), we inform consumers that complaints about the quality of our services can only be submitted in writing, by email to info@sirena-booking.hr or by mail to the following address: SIRENA turistička agencija d.o.o., Sredmanuška 11, 21000 Split, within eight (8) days after the completion of the service.
We undertake to provide a response to the consumer’s complaint within fifteen (15) days from the date of receipt of your complaint, to the address you provide in the complaint as your address.
